At Rewind-Active we adopt a no return policy, due to the
logistics and shipping costs.
However, a return is only acceptable if the product is
faulty or damaged.
When you take delivery, it is your responsibility to check that
all your products have been delivered and inform us immediately of any missing
or damaged item/s
You will need to report to us any damaged or faulty
products within 1 day of receipt of the items. You will then be required to
post to us the damaged product(s) and we will arrange for the replacement. We
will refund the postage fee incurred in sending us the damaged item/s upon
submission of the receipt.
No refund will be offered if you wrongly selected a
product, size, colour or shade or for any other reasons.
